A post graduate degree is a college degree program
that is a step above a four-year undergraduate Bachelor's and will
generally yield a Masters. This level of education is available in many
different academic disciplines including business, humanities, law,
science, and the arts. Many people will choose to begin work immediately
following receiving a four year degree, but some will wait until after
having been in the work force for a while. This level of education can
mean a raise in pay and a raise in responsibility and respect on the
job.
